The 2022 joint meeting of Neuroergonomic Conference and NYC Neuromodulation conference is ADA compliant. We take appropriate steps to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded or otherwise treated differently. In the event that you cannot attend the event due to a legitimate COVID-19 related concern (e.g. national travel restrictions, institutional travel restrictions, medical concern), or you cannot meet restrictions as set by the US government, local New York State/ New York City regulations or host institution policies, you can apply for a ticket refund. We cannot refund Eventbrite ticketing charges since those are not accessible to us. These Eventbrite ticketing charges will be clearly listed when you proceed to checkout. To request a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org Delays in travel are not considered valid reasons for a refund. In the event the entire conference is cancelled, you will receive a complete refund including Eventbrite ticketing charges (as Eventbrite policy is to refund their ticketing charges in the case that the entire event is cancelled. In this situation you will not need to apply for a refund as it will be automatically issued to registrants. There is currently no plan to switch to a remote or hybrid event. Registration includes access to the entire conference program (except specific workshops where indicated), one ticket to the conference opening reception on July 28th, and all conference social events (except the conference dinner on July 30th which requires separate registration). Attendees may register for the general conference program and at a later date register for the conference dinner or other workshops - provided space remains available.
