Upcoming Neuromodulation Event
Workshop Poster Session
April 17-18, 2026 | New York City, USA
The Advanced Neuromodulation and Neuromonitoring Training Workshop 2026 by Soterix Medical is focused on fundamentals and advanced applications of non-invasive neuromodulation and neuromonitoring technologies including conventional and High Definition transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS/HD-tDCS), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), transcranial Focused Ultrasound Stimulation (tFUS), Interferential Stimulation (IFS), transcranial Photobiomodulation (PBM), Galvanic Vestibular Stimulation (GVS), transcutaneous Auricular Vagus Nerve Stimulation (taVNS), and closed-loop transcranial Electrical Stimulation (tES) and monitoring (EEG, fNIRS, etc.).
This unique event covers a range of technologies in a two-day intensive format, giving attendees a broad understanding of the latest and best in the field. Each technology presentation culminates in a detailed product demonstration. The Workshop is geared toward student researchers, scientists, and clinicians who are new to or currently using noninvasive neuromodulation and neuromonitoring approaches.
The workshop registration fee includes breakfast and lunch for both days. Optional dinner with speakers and fellow attendees on April 17th (separate registration required). Workshop attendees get a discount voucher to use towards product purchases. Option to schedule one-on-one meetings to discuss your specific needs.
Early-career neuroscientists are at the core of the Soterix Medical Advanced Neuromodulation and Neuromonitoring Training Workshop, and we are committed to empowering them with support and visibility.
Poster presenters will have the opportunity to display their work and present their findings during a dedicated poster session. Three applicants will be selected to present a 10-minute talk to everyone in attendance at the conference. Two researchers will be awarded a cash prize (see below for additional details).
Applications to present a poster at the Soterix Medical Advanced Neuromodulation and Neuromonitoring Training Workshop 2026 are now open and will close on February 28th.
Abstract submission guidelines:
Who can submit a poster?
We encourage poster submissions on any topics related to non-invasive brain stimulation, brain monitoring, and brain imaging technologies.
To recognize outstanding research and innovation in the field, Soterix Medical is pleased to announce Poster Awards honoring excellence in scientific presentation and impact.
Two researchers will be selected: the First Place Award recipient will receive a $1,000 cash prize, and the Second Place Award recipient will receive a $500 cash prize. These awards aim to encourage original, high-quality work and highlight contributions that advance the understanding and application of noninvasive brain stimulation and related technologies.
Eligibility
All registered conference attendees who present a poster are eligible for consideration. Posters will be evaluated based on:
Selection Process
The winners will be chosen by a panel of reviewers appointed by Soterix Medical and announced during the conference. The decision of the selection committee will be final.
