Overview

The 2023 meeting will begin with a Satellite Meeting on Monday April 17, 2023 and a Welcome Reception on Monday evening for all attendees. Both the satellite and annual meeting will be held at the Victoria Conference Centre.

August 1 2022 – Call for Satellite proposals open
September 19 2022 – Call for Satellite proposals close
October 31 2022 – Call for Oral abstracts (individual and team) abstracts opens
October 31 2022 – Call for Poster abstracts opens
December 1 2022 – Last day to submit Oral abstracts (team and oral)**
January 9 2023 – Team and Individual Oral Decisions Made/Notifications sent
February 20 2023 – Last day to submit Poster abstracts
February 22 2023 – Poster submitters notified if accepted
February 27, 2023 – Last day for Satellite presentation (oral or poster) submissions
