About the Conference

The 17th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Neuromodulation Society brings together experts from across Canada and beyond to explore the latest in neuromodulation research and clinical practice. Hosted in Quebec City, this meeting covers a broad spectrum—from innovative research in neural interfaces and bioelectronic medicines to clinical applications in neuroprostheses and neuromodulation therapies.

Abstract Submission

Please submit your abstracts to the Scientific Committee by May 15, 2025. Abstracts should be structured in four parts: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Your abstract may contain a maximum of 300 words.

Submit your abstract (with any supporting tables/figures) directly to Victoria Bains at victoria.bains@uhn.ca with the email title: “CNS Conference Abstract”. Please include:

  • Abstract Title
  • All authors (first and last names) and affiliations
  • Abstract body
  • Disclosures/conflict of interest statement for each author (or “none” if applicable)
