6. Damages & Conduct

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the room, suite, or common areas. The Towers reserves the right to charge for repairs. The Conference reserves the right to revoke housing privileges for disruptive behavior without refund.

7. Force Majeure & Conference Cancellation

In the event that the 2026 NYC Neuromodulation Conference is cancelled, postponed, or moved to a virtual format due to a Force Majeure event—including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, or disasters—the following applies:

  • Housing Finality: Your housing reservation is a separate contractual agreement with the Venue. Housing fees remain 100% non-refundable.
  • No Liability: The Conference organizers shall not be held liable for any lodging costs or travel expenses incurred.
