Neuromodec remains the highest traffic website across neuromodulation and a trusted source of free up-to-date information. With a mailing list of over 18k registered and verified users, Neuromodec is the simplest and most effective way to share updates with the neuromodulation, and neurotechnology community.
Between Summer 2023 and Fall 2024, Neuromodec will run a free webinar series, presenting the latest and more innovative updates in brain recording and modulation. Each webinar will be independently organized, but all webinars will be promoted as a high-quality sequence. Because of your previous involvement, we wanted to invite you to organize one webinar.
Each webinar must be 1-3 hours long and include at least 3 speakers. Webinars may be organized through a company or a lab but must represent a breadth of ideas. Events may be hosted by a company, however, attendees will not be interested in simple product demonstrations, but rather use-cases, applications, and important results. We welcome any type of innovative style from demos, to round-table discussions, to a focus on new investigators. Furthermore, the scope can be any topic in neurotechnology or neuromodulation.
These webinars will be free and hosted through Zoom and a webinar-central website managed by Neuromodec. However, It is expected that the organizer will be responsible for all event content.
The NYC Neuromodulation 2020 Online Conference attracted 3600+ attendees with many sessions capped at 250 attendees. We hope to generate a similar interest through diligent and cohesive organization of this Neuromodec Webinar Series.
The Neuromodec website has over 6000 unique visitors a month and high impact pages across neurotechnology. Neuromodec outreach is facilitated through an 18k+ curated mailing list. We’re here to support the development of neuromodulation and neurotechnology through the integration of free shared resources, research tools, professional standards, and events. Neuromodec supports conferences and organizes its own activities.
At least one organizer must be invited by Neuromodec. A session may be co-organized by anyone or any group of individuals with domain relevant expertise in neuromodulation, neurotechnology, Brain to machine Interface or related imaging techniques. Webinar speakers can be from academia, medicine, industry, or patient advocates. Speakers can be from any career stage, with participation and leadership from early career scientists is especially encouraged. The quality of each webinar is critical to ensure attendee momentum is built through the Neuromodec Webinar Series.
The Neuromodec Webinar format is entirely flexible. For example, the webinar can follow a traditional conference format with a series of speakers. The Webinar can be: -A panel -A limited discussion among participants from a given background about a specific topic -A workshop explaining techniques -An open “lab meeting” format, showcasing work at a single center
Webinars must be 1 to 3 hours long.
After your webinar proposal is reviewed and approved by the committee, we will reach out to you to set up a convenient date and time. Once a date and time are set, we will then post and promote your webinar via all our channels, and a dedicated Neuromodec webinar community events platform. Webinars are planned to run in a scheduled sequence between August 1, 2023 and September 1, 2024.
Registration to Neuromodec webinars is free and open to all individuals in academia, medicine, industry or patient advocates in the fields of Neuromodulation, Neurotechnology and Brain machine interfaces.
