Media Policy
Media credentials are reserved for working media from accredited or recognized organizations attending the meeting for the purpose of editorial coverage. Press credentials and waived registration costs are provided at the 2018 NYC Neuromodulation Conference & NANS Summer Series and do not indicate Neuromodec.com or NANS endorsement. Photography, video and audio recording by credentialed media may be limited based on conference attendee policy. Submit detailed credential requests to info@neuromodulation.org. All decisions on qualifications for media credentials are final. Credentialed media attendees must provide a valid photo ID on site at the meeting.
Child Care
The child care room is located in the Turtle Bay room at the venue Lower Level.
This room is designated for the privacy of parents and guardians caring for children. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing their own infant care supplies. The room is unsupervised and NANS is not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur in this room. Parents or guardians who accompany conference attendees with children will not be charged entry ticket fee (parents or guardians on site, must be accompanied by a registered conference attendee)
